Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions.Please read them carefully before placing an order or sending payment._________________________________________________________1. What I offer:- Custom Illustrations (Original Characters, Fanart, Portraits, Social Media Banners and similar.)2. What I do NOT Offer:- NSFW / explicit sexual content (slightly lewd is fine)- Extreme Gore or Hateful content- AI-Generated artwork- Requests involving illegal material.If you're unsure whether your idea fits, I highly recommend messaging me first!3. Process and Workflow- You will receive a sketch for approval before final rendering. During this stage you can suggest major changes.- Minor adjustments are welcome (Color/Hue Adjustment, Contrast Adjustment)- Once final rendering begins, major changes will require an extra revision fee.4. Revisions- Each order includes a limited number of revisions- Additional revisions can be purchased.- Revisions do not include completely changing the concept, pose or character design after approval.5. Delivery Time- Delivery times depend on the selected tier and extras. I can give you an estimated delivery time, through message.- Rush / Fast Delivery may be available with an additional charge - We can discuss it through messages.- Delays caused by late client responses may affect delivery time.6. Usage and Rights- By default, all commissions are for personal use only.- Commercial use (YouTube, monetization, branding, merch, etc.) requires purchasing a commercial license.- I retain the right to showcase all artworks in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed.7. Refunds and Cancellations- Refunds are not available once work has started.- If a commission is cancelled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.- If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.8.
